Are you sure the site logged your bill pay? Maybe it hasn't updated yet?

Sprint is the worst cell phone company to do business with. You were probably roaming. That's possible even in your calling area, when the signal is blocked by a wall or something, you roam on another network. Sprint is full of hidden charges. Read your plan carefully.

Quit Sprint and look into getting a different cell phone service.
Sprint is the worse cell phone service there is because of their
accounting service.
We have a service called Criket here in Idaho, which is the best
plan I know of. They charge by the month with unlimited local
and long distance.

Contact Sprint at the nearest Sprint office to ask about exactly what you were charged for and if they already cleared your paid bill. If you paid online, it might take a few days to process.

You can always check your usage from your Sprint phone. Go to the "Sprint home" on your web browser, then choose "0" and "3" for current usage. It'll tell you your mintues and text messages used, roaming, premium services, etc., and when your new minutes kick in.

It does sound to me like your payment hadn't posted yet.

Depending on how you payed your bill, if you payed it online then it's going to take a little bit of time to register with your provider. Perhaps there may have been something else you did that caused an extra charge on your bill.

They may have not updated your payment yet... There is an internet site where you can sell your plan to someone else that is looking for one, saw it on the news but can't remember what it is.... good luck
