Me and my boyfriend were both drunk, and neither one of us is sure if we had sex. The day after, I started my period, then it stopped, and started up a couple days later. It was heavy and lasted longer than usual. I am late this month, but my cycle has always been irregular since I am not on birth control. I took a pregnancy test exactly 5 weeks after we may have had sex, and it was negative, but i still have this feeling. I also have been breaking out, I figure it's from the worrying though. Could I be pregnant?

If the last bleeding your experienced was heavy and periodlike, then there would not be a possibility. As a blood test done by your doctor is the most accurate way of testing, please go for testing. Other reasons for period abnormalities include stress, weight gain/loss, thyroid, hormonal imbalance, illness, infection, medications, polyp, cyst, amongst other reasons. Please see your doctor for an exam and testing.

Its possible, have you taken another test? When you say you are late, how late are you, especially when compared to your usually irregular cycle?
If you still are worried and still think it may be a strong possiblity, you need to see your Dr. for a blood test - that is really the only way to get a certain answer.
Stress can also wreak havoc on your cycle and cause break outs, etc.

Not likely, but since you had unprotected sex the technical answer is that you COULD be pregnant. If you had your period after intercourse then you aren't. Retake the pregnancy test in three weeks if you haven't started a new cycle.

for sure, after a month or a month a half you ma find out if you're pregnant with a pregnancy urine test, but if you don't want to wait, i know they can a blood sample from you and that is quicker, and about your simptoms i think that it may be that you're worried, sometimes women if we are stressed thinking if we are or not pregnant, we can make our menstrual cycle to stop, it has happened to me before, and then after i forget about it my cycle comes back, i'm not sure how much they will charge you for the blood sample in the clinic, last time i asked it was $15 here in california.

Go to a doctor and be sure. If your not pregnant, relax, as being worried can screw up your cycle. And get on some birth control if you are going to engage in risky behavior.

Evidence points to no. However, there is still a slight chance that you might be pregnant. To make sure, keep testing yourself until 2 months after your allegedly sex.

negative test at five weeks is pretty solid, but yes, you certainly could be pregnant.
Take another test, or see the Dr. for a slightly more precise test.
In my exp, a woman's intuition is sick good on this issue.
