Ask you're dermatologist (or regular doctor) for the best answer. But some of the easiest tips are:
1. drink lots of water, it keeps you're skin hydrated so it doesn't dry out and cause breakouts
2. keep you're skin clean, try some over the counter treatments (like Proactiv, Neutrogena products, Noxema, etc.) just not all at once because they can have a chemical reaction with one another and make you're skin worse
3. Watch what you eat. Don't gorge on the chocolates, grease (pizza, fries, etc) or sweets (most don't really CAUSE acne, but they don't really help either. Although I ddid hear somewhere that the enzymes in some chocolate (i.e. dark chocolate) can help sometimes.
Good luck! It doesn't last forever. Usually until about early 20s.

Use and antibacterial soap, like LEver 2000, or even Nutregena Acne Body Wash is great... Also try not to touch your face alot. Sometime it gets worse before it gets better. Nutreogena is great acne product and cheap. Or if you can afford it go to the dermotologist and the can perscribe you a treatment. I have experienced this before and i no longer struggle with it because of those things :-)
Water is fabulous for the face too! Drink lots of it :-)
Do NOT wash three times a day over-washing is not good it will dry out your face and make acne worse.

You should always wash your face every day in the morning and night! Especially if you're whereing make-up. It can make you look 10 years older.
Try using the Clearasil ULTRA, in just 3 days it works. I'm not one of those TV commercial people, trust me it WORKS! They also sell Clearasil Vanishing cream for pimples, blackheads and others.

When I was younger, my dad gave me a great piece of advice that helped me get rid of mine...
STOP TOUCHING THEM! The more you "pick at yourself" the more pimples you'll get because of the oil on your hands. If you have to squeeze a zit or 2, be sure you're at home where you can wash your hands first, and your face afterwards.
To avoid scarring while squeezing zits, use hot water and soak them first.

Face doctor products, check it out on-line. I use the soap when I have a problem and my skin clears up right away. It's expensive though, I think the soap is around 25.00 but it's worth it because it really works. It lasts a long time because you only use it sparingly. Good luck

this sounds funny, but try tooth paste, or even use alcohol on ur skin, then if ur a girl use nogzema, never use soap on ur face it does something to ur pores which is not good, or even try calamine lotion, it drys them up,,and stop eating junk food , sometimes this gives u them, and most of the time pimples are from stress, be less stressed out, give these a try and let me know what u think..

try Neutrogena Body Clear Bodywash in the acne section of your local pharmacy for your body and get one of Neutrogena's Advanced Solutions Complete Acne Therapy System for your face breakouts.

I would give the pro-active that's being advertised on TV a try. Also, if you're having them that bad, you might need to think about your diet and try to eat more healthy foods...good luck.
