Diamond/platinum/silver/gold/etc. encrusted fake teeth that sit over top of you're real teeth. EXTREMELY expensive. Used by many celebrities (mainly rappers) to show their wealth. If you can afford million dollar teeth, what CAN'T you afford? Lol.
Look up a picture of Mike Jones on Yahoo or something. He has a "grill".

a grill is kind of like removeable braces that do nothing to help the teeth. They are just cosmetic things that are all the rage now. The more costly ones are made of gold and jewels. Alot of rappers have them. Waste of money if you ask me

It's an extremely tacky add-on 'jewelery' thing for your teeth. Like, gold teeth and stuff.

kind of like dentures, but with more bling, some have diamonds, gold, platinum, etc. Some slip on over your teeth like dentures and others are like caps on your teeth
