the first thing I suggest is to get a thorough work up by a doctor to see if there is a physiological reason for this.
I also sugggest you take the pressure off of yourself and do not try to have sex again until you find out what is going on with you to cause the impotence. No point in setting yourself up to feel inadequate again.
You can just be honest with the girl you really like and tell her you are not ready to have sex until you find out what's causing the impotence.
If she drops you for that then she wasn't worth it.
If the doctor finds nothing wrong physiologically then it sounds like a physchological issue.
At that point I would go talk to a counselor or therapist.

Most of us guys, young and old, have had that problem once or more in our lives. Personally it's happened to me several times over the years. Nervousness can certainly be a major factor. You don't want to worry too much about it because that may just may make it happen again (due to nervousness). You aren't using drugs or consuming excess alcohol, right? Hopefully the lady is understanding and will help you get over it. It's certainly something that doesn't call for ridicule from our partners although it may help if we sort of joke about it to her ourselves. Lots of foreplay should help....some nice oral sex from her may be all it takes! If you are under 50 you really shouldn't need Viagra but that could help in the short term. I'm assuming you can get erections otherwise...while masturbating and looking at porn for instance. Lastly erectile dysfunction can be a symptom of several things so if it continues you should see a doctor. Like I say, it's happened to almost all of us so you're definitely not alone! Good luck!

Sounds like you are getting a lot of help, but one thing you may want to try ---- either go out and buy or just practice at home....a cockring. Hold your fingers at the base and apply pressure....the ring does the same thing but allows you to do "other things". The added pressure will help keep the blood flow blocked and will help on all levels.
Don't worry about it - that is the other half of your problem! Nerves can stop you before you start - relax and enjoy. That's what it is all about anyway!

My best advice is for you to take a deep breath and relax! Stress is a really big cause of not being able to perform. Also if you drink alcohol or smoke, it could cause erectile problems. Last but not least, if it doesn't work out for you tomorrow night, just be honest. If this girl is really into you, then she'll understand.

First, think if you are really sexually stimulated with the girl. If you are, then what you just wrote is a probable sign of an erectile dysfunction. To cure it for tomorrow night, use Viagra before intercourse.

You should talk to your doctor definitely. Do you masturbate often? Ever? If so, definitely stop. You could try to masturbate without reaching climax to help tease yourself into performing better too, but definitely see a doctor.
