No way. In fact there have been rumors that he is now engaged to be married this summer to his long time girlfriend. He is actually known as being quite a ladies man. It is no-ones business if he is or not.
Would it affect his acting ability? I don't think so.
Just because someone is in the public eye it doesn't give us the right to speculate about the most personal parts of their lives.
As long as he is happy & healthy then I for one do not care who he sleeps with.
