I'm not sure if Kmart has layaway and what items are allowed to be put on layaway. e.g. T.V's, entertainment systems, pots, pans, housewares.

Yes they offer it.

Among the big discount chains, Wal-Mart and Kmart offer layaway, but Target does not.

Yes you can put anything on lay-away, you have to put 10% or 15% deposit on the amount of your purchase, plus you have to pay a lay-away fee, which is non-refundable
