These are two different issues! It happens that some gays are narcissists and thus, some narcissists are gays!
As it happens some gays are playful, but all playful are not gays!
Narcissists are the ones who admire themselves!

Narcissus was a great looking guy who was always admiring himself and looking in the still waters (lakes, ponds, etc.) He was a very good guy! One time he was very sorry! While he was looking at himself into the still waters of a lake, Zeus transformed him into the flower narcissus (jonquil)
