It is possible that it is "recorded" in the sense that the events might happen parallel to our own. Also, it is possible that the events results may change so that the individual outcomes or possiblity of outcomes is made real elsewhere. Maybe in another dimension the outcome of the second world war was different, so different in fact that america doesn't even exist as a free country any more in that dimmension. According to the string theory however there are only 11 dimensions, all of which are affected by the interactions of matter between each dimension, basically a codependancy, so that if one dimension fails then all the others fail too.

Recorded by whom? In order for all possibilities of events to be recorded in multiple dimensions a non-dimensional being with infinite, personal, and immediate knowledge regarding what is happening in each scenario, or event, in each dimension. However, I think what you may be getting at is what is the difference between reality and possibility. Since we have no way of demonstrating that multiple or parallel universes exist in which all possibilities of all outcomes could be played out the question really becomes one of what can really occur in our dimension and what is only a possibility.

Hello!
Well, most likely it depends on the pseudo-dimension of time, which we accept moving one direction!

been recorded? I doubt it. But in terms of spatial dimensions, there is no such thing as "other dimension."
