West Coast because it is a true custom and right now are appreciating in value, and rumor has it Jesse James isn't building anymore. OCC are making production customs with Revtech motors and are getting waaay more than they're worth simply because of the name, that is unless you can afford to hire them to build you a "one off" custom.

I agree with alot of what has been said so far. Both builders make rides that are not comfortable for the long haul. Also there are a TON of other builders. But of the 2 builders you gave...I would take WCC. Jesse James handbuilt his bikes for many many years, including the frame. So he knows how to actually build a bike. The OCC crew are pretty much assemblers. When they need a motor built...they pay someone to do it. Plus WCC uses much better stuff (higher quality engines, better transmissions, etc.)

since u asked which of two i'd choose...i'll limit my answer..lol...wcc of course...they were the orginal in my opinion....jesse was handmaking tanks etc..occ was buying everything and just putting them together then as they started getting more money they started buying fancy equipment to make parts...not really handmade like the average joe in the backyard..if it wasn't for rick than occ wouldn't have had half the progress they've had with fabricating...jr is an idea man...but putting ideas into practice is a completely different thing...and that is where rick saved them....meanwhile jesse has come up with his own ideas and implemented them himself...and there is something to be said for that....i know i said i limit myself to ur choices but i don't really see them as daily riders...

I don't think either. There both over priced kidney killer's.If you want something custom and one of a kind,I would look into thunder mountain customs. They make custom motorcycles and are under factory Harley Davidson warranty's.You should definitely check them out.

I would choose to give the bike to a suitable venue ( like a bar ) and have it attached to the ceiling.

They migh tbe fun to look at, or profile on for five minutes, but they both suck as motorcycles. I'd rather have a Suzuki SV650 than either.

Neither. They are cool, trendy art, but not motorcycles you can jump on and ride for 500 miles a day.

Neither. Unrideable crap, both of 'em.
For HD-based customs, there are lots of options out there, but really, if riding is your thing, try another marque.
