Does anyone know if there will be any changes to the Honda Odyssey for the 2007 model year?

Only minor (cosmetic) changes likely. I think they change only every 4 years.

There won't be any changes from 2006 to 2007 models since Honda just redesigned it last year. It's too costly to make major changes.
