Women look for humor, respect for them, family, religion and country, honesty, loyalty and a man who can hold down a decent job and also decent, clean looks. A man who considers her an equal not a slave. A man who wants a companion, not a trophy.

Loving, caring, protecting, honesty,self-assuredness, great sense of humour and ability to laugh at themselves and last but not least...remaining faithful.
The last one might be more difficult to achieve.
