I'm trying to write a novel, but I've got writter's block. I'll take any ideas.

write a love story but make it really weird. not the ordinary fall in love get seperated and find their way back. make it interesting. like they have to meet in secret and they run away together and the dad gets mad but has to accept the love. i know you could think up something extraordinary. or maybe something about friends. and how they help each other out and one dies or something like that.

I would suggest forget about writing for awhile take a break. Just relax and forget about it for few days. You will be doing something else and all of the sudden you will start getting ideas. It helps me when I get stuck on something.

write about a troubleing time in history or of a mystycal land depends on what age group you are trying to catch though

I get my best ideas from little children. They provide you with their inner most thoughts in the cutest way. They are also very honest. Maybe that can spark up an idea for you.

How about an "Animal Farm"-type allegory representing current events?
I can't remember the last time I read a good allegory.

U can write about a girl.How she faces her problems and about her life etc etc....u can also add incidents which have taken place with u.
