Hey try to teach your self in gradual pattern start with the tadpole by placing you right arm out and kicking you left foot and vice versa and you should be swimming in no time if not go to a swimm school

unless you could find a way to put a swimming pool on the internet, i doubt anyone here would be able to help you other than telling you to find a teacher.
