Does a return to costco have to be in it's original packaging?

I need to return a LCD TV, but I thew out the box.
I still have the reciept.

no, dont think so because i just returned a laptop last month, and i didnt have the box anymore....you HAVE to have the receipt tho. i think thats good enough

I think you have to have the merchandise in its original package to return. If in doubt, call your nearest Costco Wholesale outlet or e-mail them through their website.

no return it with all its manuals and remote as well as having the original reciept you should be fine
