Someone else is logging on to my computer while I am on it, is there any way to find out who is doing this.?

Am in a remote area with only dial up connection and whoever keeps logging on to my computer is corrupting my settings, and no telling what else is being manipulated.

FIREWALL! You opened some email or clicked a link and have a trojan installed somewhere which allows the "hacker" to control your computer.

Get a firewall installed and get some good virus protection as well
Try www.mcafee.com

i dont know how you can tell who is accessing your computer but i suggest that you get a firewall program from download.com..
