The only reason it sucked is becuase Vince McMahon didn't let Paul Heyman run the show, he let the WWE creative team book it for him, trust me people this is not real ECW, real ECW is Rob Van Dam giving someone the Van-Terminator, The Dudleys putting someone through a flaming table, or Super Crazy and Tajiri putting on a hell of a wrestling match.
What you saw is an insult to everything that is ECW. I am assuming the only reason they didnt hold it in front of a true ECW audience is Vince is afraid that the ECW fans will make Cena their ***** again and again, and he can't let that happen to his precious Cena.

Yea it was a waste of an hour outta my tv time lol. I did like the fact that Cena gave them something to actually b*tch about. But I think ECW really just sucks anyhow. Sucks that Kurt Angle is there now he was finally movin up oh well.

Yea it was a bit boring. They kept talking about how it is a "new generation of ECW". They must have said that line ten thousand times during the one hour they were on....

It sucked. Another thing I didn't understand was why is ecw on sci-fi. Ecw doesn't really fit what the network is.

I agree, the old ecw was much better. I will always be a wwe/wwf fan no matter what.

i extremely agree i tought it sucked big time.i liked the old ecw b4 they canceled it.i possibly believe that wwe is still better all they need is john cena and it would be cool!!!!

I am going to watch again, and I thought that it was mildly entertaining. But it was up against the NBA Finals.

I agree. It was terrible.
ECW should have been called EOW: Extremely Overated Wrestling.
BTW, I hate Joey Styles. Someone should knock his *** out.

I think it was "ok" it wasn't as exciting as raw, but it's just starting up again so you gotta give it some time. it should get better after a while.
