"floss" is a slang term that basically means show off...so if she wanted to show off ("floss") she doesnt need your (or his) help...

'flossing' kinda means to show off or be pimpin' it. for example: "Damn, boy! You got a hot ride. You be flossin'!" I hope that kinda explains that well. so what she means is that in order for her to "floss" she doesn't need her man to buy her anything, she has her own. since love don't cost a thing. Yes?
