Most probably you'll need to be a Nutrition major (like me!)..you'll be doing lots of Chemistry and Biochemistry courses and after you're done with your Bachelors degree, you'll also have to do a Masters degree in order to qualify as a Nutritionist..
I don't know what the rules are in California but the city where I live requires a Masters degree for nutritionists ..hope that helped! :-)

First you need to contact a few schools. Call a couple of them and request information and tell them what your interests are and they will send you the information that you need. And schools have there own financial aid offices so go to them and fill out the proper forms and go from there.
