try a liquid liner with a pen tip not a bristle tip. start with a thin line then add to it until you have reached the desired thickness that you want. allow it to dry before fully opening and closing your eye. You may also want to try a eye base you can find these at any beauty supply store. its a cream that you smooth on to hold eye make up so that it will not fade or smear. Look at Ulta or Ulta.com
good luck

Benfit sells a product called She-Laq....comes with a tiny brush set for shadows and liners. Put this liquid over your liner and allow to air dry. Eye makeup stays on all DAY! Also try model in a bottel. This is a makeup setting spray. You can only order this online but it is FAB!

try using gel based liquid liners. I like "sinful colors" and "stile style" they both hava a marker like tip instead of a brush so it's easy to apply. or try putting translucent powder on your lids both befor and after using pencil liner, and periodicly during the day. You probably produce a little more oil around your eyes than most people powder will absorb the excess

Dust powder lightly over your lids. Try a liquid liner. This may take a little practice. Almay has a very good one and it's easy to control.

I apply powder as my eyeliner. To get it from not leaving powder below the eye I use a brush and get it a little wet then use the powder. I find that this helps me with that problem.

I used to do that too, but I just tried a new one. It's by Bed Head and sold in salons. If you let it dry for a minute it does not smudge.

I used to have that happen, but I went to a water proof liquid liner and have not had any problems.

get an eyeliner brush and use a powder eyeshadow.
i use MAC matte black eyeliner, and it stays on all day with no problem.
or if you have oily skin, you may not be able to wear it without that problem.
