Yes it is alright, i have done it plenty on times. If you dont know already, walk up to him one day....YOU: Hi my name is !@#$%^& what is yours. HIM: !@#$%^&.YOU: Ask him how he likes his job...Strike up a conversation. YOU: What are you doing Saturday night, or Do you have plans for Saturday night? If he says yes then just give him your number and let him call you when he is not busy, If he dosnt have plans then you can ask him if he would like to go out to dinner and a movie or what ever with you. Please note that usually who ever asks the other person out, they usually have to buy. I hope I didnt confure you, good luck.

Well, just make sure he's really checking you out, and not just subconsciously looking your way because he's thinking about other things he's gonna do later on...then you'll put your foot in your mouth, besides very rarely does office romance really work out. Wait awhile, just use some body language to let him know that you're interested, but if I were you, I wouldn't ask a guy out. I know that in these days ladies are more open and aggressive when it comes to dating and relationships, but it's still sweet to start a relationship where the guy was the one who initiated the meeting. Especially if it becomes serious. The guy will respect you more than if you had done the initial contact. Just put yourself in his shoes...then go from there. Hope it helps.

I am here to tell you that office romances are bad news. If you like your job then stay away. Because if you fall for him and care about him and things break off it is terrible. The hurt will be there and it gets so bad you eventually will have to quit and go somewhere else.

You shgould make the first move even if he does not because men are more antsy and edgy about asking women out and this could be the end or beginning of something great. Make the move!

You tell him: "You've got two choices: Either you ask me out or I file a sex harrassment suit against the company."

Take it slow...ask him to lunch. But I agree...don't get your honey from the same place you get your money!
