Go into the view pulldown menu and select toolbars. Then select customize. You can turn on or off any tool bars you choose here.

For IE6: Yes. View > Toolbars > click on Address (make sure it is checked). If you moved it then it should still be visible in another place.
For IE7 beta I haven't found a way to turn off the address bar, so they may have defeated this because it was causing problems just like you have right now!!!

Right click the bar at the top where the address bar should be and then check the "address bar" button and make sure it has a checkmark next to it.

in the internet explorer, click on "view", "toolbars" check to see if there is a checkmark next to address bar, if not click it, and your address bar is back. if there is a check then you moved your address bar accidently and closed it... look across your internet explorer for a grey box marked address.. click and drag it around and you should see the address bar come back.

Go to "VIEW" in your file, edit view, favorites, tools, help BAR.
In view, click on the "toolbars" and then click on the option of what toolbars you want open in your browser. Very simple.
