Foreclosures are a matter of public record. Check with your county courthouse. They will direct you to the records in the county recorders office. In a town of your size, there is probably a "business newspaper" subscription available that will list foreclosures and other matters of public record compiled from several local county courthouses' records.
Good luck with your search.

I would suggest contacting the local banks and get with their mortgage department. I myself have been wondering how to do this without paying a premium. If you find out a better way, let me know! We are moving to FL shortly.
