Foreclosures are a matter of public record. Check with your county courthouse. They will direct you to the records in the county recorders office. In a town of your size, there is probably a "business newspaper" subscription available that will list foreclosures and other matters of public record compiled from several local county courthouses' records.

Good luck with your search.
