Eat around 1200 calories a day (remember to count your drinks and condiments in that also, alot of people forget those things do have calories too) Excercise at least 30 minutes a day, if not more. Stay away from junk. Get your calories from fruits veggies and lean meats.

to Put this as simple as possible. It was deemed, you must work out for at least 30 mins, this helps you body break that level of time that is required to start burning fat from your body. Anything past that tiem limit, you bdy burns fat from your body. So to get weight of do that, but also you must eat a healty diet. There are some many out there. Use the glycemic Index diet. You can still eat sweets and carbs, but it helps you to eat the right carbs. Also drink lots of Water, Water... whether it is Cardio or Lifting, do this for alteast 3-4 months. It works I lost over 25 lbs. You must be commited though, also find a work out Partner, that gives you the motivation to keep at it. Good Luck

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

I'm sorry but I never see men posting how can lose weight to look better, etc. They just let it all hang out and don't care but they want the women all to be skinny and starved while they stuff their face with junk food. Sorry I just find it's always women stressing over dieting when men don't give a rip.

well you could pump yourself full of diet pills, which work on start but then you start to gain weight again, or you could starve yourself and run the risk of dieing, or you could become a vegetarian(which also doesnt work), or you could run/jog a mile every morning and live without those unneccessary snacks and stuff we all like so much. the combination of excercise and moderate dieting is a powerful and safe way to lose weight as nature intended. also atkins can kill you, my aunts friend almost died from atkins...

Lots of aerobic (cardio) excercise and eating healthy food. You need to excercise AT LEAST a half hour three times a week.

people always say stuff like i walk 2 miles a day and can't lose weight
thier body is use to the walk
crank it up a notch do something your body is not used to

as a start drink alot of water, it reduces your craving for food, then eat your veggies, also don't forget to workout atleast 1 hour a day try this for a month. you will look good.
