I am looking for a website where sellers can advertise for free or really cheap. Kind of like classified ads but free and sellers can write more and customers have some communication. I know it sounds specific lots of websites are similair but none exact.

tratosnow.com -- read the letter on the homepage it is very informational and I think it matches ur specifactions. the only downside is that it is not that popular (it can be if people start visiting) but its free so no risk.
