Most new cars have a polymer seal on them these days...then they'll offer you the resealing every year for a price.

Only if "your new car" is a used car would there be the chance of having wax on it already. Most new cars come with a "clear coat"
over the paint. If you want wax on it, you have to put it there yourself or pay someone else to.

new cars usually have a finish on them that they call new coat you shold not have to wax for a long time
