You have corrupt system files, or boot files, which OS is this ? 2000 or NT ? In some cases you can use the emergency repair disk, otherwise you can try a reinstall over the existing OS, or a completely new install which I recommend..

NTLRD is a required file for any Windows NT based system to work correctly.

Either you will have to "repair" windows with the CD or emergency repair disk, or simply reinstall Windows all together.

NTLDR is needed for a successful boot in any Windows NT operating system. A virus could've deleted it, a program could've corrupted it, there are many ways you could've lost it.

It's really helpful to correctly copy the name of the program you're asking about. Check it twice.
