No it wouldn't because faeces contain not only what you have eaten but also bodily fluids. Excreted waste smells bad because humans have evolved to recognise the smell as unpleasant. This discourages people from eating their own waste and getting an infection. Even with a diet of rose petals your waste would contain other harmful bacteria from your gut and bowel so the smell would still be present to discourage you from eating it.
A diet of rose petals may cause you to have diahorreah as your body attempts to excrete the toxins in the petals as fast as possible before they cause you harm.

ur burps & farts will smell of rose, u sure noe how to lose 5 points. if u keep ur poo in a pool full of rose water , then also ur poo wont smell of rose, if u spray a scent of rose over ur poo then to it wont smell of rose.y the hell do u want ur poo to smell like roses anyways, r u having loose motions ?

For one thing, its not the petals that make roses smell nice.
Secondly, the acid, etc in your stomach will break down whatever you've eaten so it will smell like decay.
You might turn pink though. Flamingos are pink because their food is.

nope honey, the bile covers up that pretty scent, and the roses would also be rather digested before they even hit your intestines. But i tell you one thing, if you ate nothing but roses you would be pretty regular.
