Vince is too all powerful, when he does keel over he'll run it from his grave for a little bit...if he ever wants to give it up it'll go to someone he really trusts and just have Shane or Stephanie appear to be the head

i think when Vince retires, Shane and Stephanie will fight and the winner gets the WHOLE WWE. i hop Stephanie will wins. she deserves it.

I think he is already planning on retiring, but if he does hand it to shane and steph it will be after her maturanty leave...she just gave birth to a child with Triple H.

It wont happen for a very long time....having met him, he enjoys the spotlight too much. His wife Linda will be the one to finally get him to retire. But dont hold your breath on this one. He has made it what it is....and in all actuallity, it is a family business. They all have major roles in the company.
