The Xbox 360 .....i was at E3 2006 and the Future for the 360 looks really great the games,the hardware,and the online game play just got better...as for the Sony PlayStation 3 well lets just say that in the Convention it looked like there product was not ready to sell.....OH BUT IT HAS BLU- RAY so what how many people do you know who have a BLU-RAY driver none..
As a matter fact the Sony company cant get the BLU-RAY drives to work! ummm But i will tell you something the spec for the PS 3 look awesome but only on paper!!!!

Personally, the 360 is the better deal. The hardware gaps between the PS3 and the 360 are marginal. As for the BluRay driver in the PS3, it's not going to affect the games, as developers aren't likely to switch over to a more costly format simply to have a bunch of extra space that they won't really use. As for the benefits of HD playback for movies, I'd rather wait for the dust to settle from the format war between HD-DVD and BluRay before I invest in one or the other. At least with the 360, I have the option.

I have a 360....sadly to say i am not impressed with it. The good games have yet to come and this so called unreal engine 3 in the 360 has yet to prove its quality in video games. Value wise the ps3 is much better....you get HDMI output unlike the 360 which gives beter audio and video all in one cord. You get wi-fi and ethernet for easy access to the net. You get memory card slots. You get usb outputs. And of course the chomed out look.(All of these are for the 60GB package only,the 20GB doese not include HDMI,memory slots, wi-fi,or any chrome what so ever)..... if you do go with the ps3 get the 60GB system, you get so much more moneys worth in that than the cheap one. Plus if you go with the cheap one(20GB) you will not be able to add HDMI, wi-fi, or memory slots in the future....just to let you know it will not be like 360 were you can by the core and add every thing on.

PS3. xbox plus blu-ray and the other stuff is just about the same price as a full blown ps3.

Ithink Pss3 is wayyyy better. It has blu-tooth and 60gb of a heck of a hardrive. Thats alot of memory. also way better graphics. all they di to the Xbox is add light so it would look better.

i believe PS3 is using the super high quality blu-ray discs, so the quality should be better (though the $$$ is more). I don't have either so all i can say is what i have heard about them.

ps3 cause its faster and better value but it is more expensive.
