Of course and if you allow the things that you have went through to teach you something they will help take you from where you are to where you need to be. Its all about learning and applying what you have learned to future situations. I have done things that I have come to regret but I learned from it and move on with my life, even if it takes a little time and a lot of healing.

I was waiting to find a question on here about regret. It's such a sobering thought.
I dated a guy for over four years, all through college, and I almost got engaged to him. Meanwhile, I had a great friend that I had so much in common with. We could talk forever and we loved the same things.
I wasn't happy with my boyfriend, I would cry myself to sleep almost every night, but I was afraid to imagine life without him.
I was in my final semester of college, and I finally realized that at graduation I would say goodbye to my friend and probably never see him again. And for some reason, the thought of walking away from him seemed far worse than a life without the guy I was dating.
So I gathered all my courage, broke up with my boyfriend, and went for my friend.
We've been dating for almost four months now, and I couldn't be happier. He is my best friend and the perfect lover at the same time.
And I know that if I hadn't done that, I would regret if forever, and always wonder what could have been...

.yes. I have done a terrible mistake i my life which not only changed my life it also affected every one of my family. We all are shattered after that. It has changed or life fully. We are out of our own place we lost all or money we faced terrible humiliation and now still we are suffering... But still i know that I learnt something and after that disaster I am now liberated and tries to go deep within and be spiritual.
