-release tension
-relax
-to help them sleep
-bad case of "blue balls"
-they're turned on
-just feel the need
-because they're obsessed with it
-just finished or are watching an erotic movie?

I am confused. This category is Dining Out. I was traveling in Ireland last summer and did not see this happening in any restaurant there.
