i dropped it 4 inch front and 4inch back, i just want to get an idea of the best way to avoid so much wheel hop or bounce..it looks great and im getting(ordered) performance shocks...anythin else to stiffin it tighter...thanks

You need to think about that BEFORE you lower the truck...not as an after thought. Of course it's going to ride rough if you don't install a complete package. The springs and shocks are there for a reason.

air shocks, they looks nice and are adjustable. they should ven help out with the bounce

The shocks should do the trick.
