i was wondering if anyone knew the price ranges for homes in the bonita springs/fort myers area.

The average price for a home in Bonita Springs is $398K, in Ft Meyers, $525K. Of course, much depends on the neighborhood.

All of Florida has become very high priced. Those being pricier areas would say you are looking at $300 + to have anything livable.

from 100s to $200s depending on the area, but remember to enquire about insurance, that is high now a days!
