Try going to Bealls.com and Belks.com. If they don't have what you are looking for I can tell you that believe it or not a lot of Dry Cleaner places have prom dresses and wedding dresses that people have cleaned and then leave them there. If you are running out of time to find this dress it wouldn't hurt to hit up some local dry cleaners. (No, I am not joking. People really leave things at the cleaners and they will sell them to you for way less than the stores.)

the best place to find this and not pay lots of money would be the pattern catalogs, pick out the material and pay someone to make it...it would look like you spent upward or two hundred for it and the stuff on the racks are cheaply put together and the material isn't so great..or the fit....when having a dress made, you should expect to pay under a hundred about...good luck...

Check Wal-Mart. They have a wide selection of clothes at reasonable prices. If you can't find it there, check the yard sales. A word of advice: hit the yard sales early before all the good stuff gets snatched up!
