No.I don't think that leaving a college like DCE is advisable from any angle.You must have done a lot of hard work to get into DCE.Now you intend to waste all the time and effort to get into MIT!Wait a minute......Have you got admission in MIT?In which year of engineering are you?If you have just entered or just completed your first year then you can afford to sacrifice that one year to get into MIT.But if you have done your second year then it would not be a wise decision to leave the college at this point of time.Is there any provision for credit transfer programme?If not then leave MIT for now and try to succeed in GRE or GMAT to pursue MBA from some reputed university afterwards.Rest is up to you.Do inform me about your final decision!
