I would think that you need to be 21 but i could be wrong. Have you tried Hertz or Avis or Alamo? Maybe Rent A Wreck?

As far as I know u haave to be at least 21 to rent a car, some places u have to be 25.

I know this sound funny but if you just need the car to get there. u-haul has a small truck you can drive one way. you only have to be 18 to rent from them. I had to do it once to get from GA to NJ for Christmas week to see my family. It cost just about the same as any car place but I spent a little more in gas, but hey I got there and had a great Christmas with my family.

maximum states will can charge you an underage fee yet in illinois that's illegitimate to employ a vehicle if you're lower than 25. i'd reccomend having a figure or man or woman over 25 lease it through the phone and then only bypass in and attempt to p.c.. it up and play dumb. make effective you've a back p plan. there is lots of public transportation the following though

Sorry in mosy states you have to be 21 and have a major credit card to rent a car.
