I'm proud to say that I am a feminist, but I do acknowledge the fact that men are also often the targets of sexism. Many women are quick to either bash men or make derisive jokes about them, and this is just as bad as men making offensive comments or jokes about women. And not only that, but men are often depicted by the media as being bumbling idiots who can't do housework, cook, or take care of children. Of course, women are still the primary targets of sexism, but the sexism that men face should also be tackled.

I'm a man and I'd just like to thank all the ladies on here who admit this goes on. It's not like I feel crippled by it or anything, but it's annoying and falls right in line with a lot of the problems I have with people being overly PC, sensitive to pointless concerns, and too willing to cater to the minority.
I point stuff out to my wife a lot of the time when I see a little dig in the media or a joke in a movie or whatever about men and now she sees it a lot too.
Speaking of sexist, I've always wanted to go apply for a job at Victoria's Secret and see what they do. It's bad enough already that they won't let me into the dressing room with my wife when I'm BUYING!! Don't give me the privacy arguement. They have floor to ceiling doors in private rooms. Shoplifting? Couldn't two women do just the same? Quickie in the dressing room? How do you know the women next door aren't lesbian? Sexists I tell you!
AAAAHHH! See, now I'm just mad again. (but joking too, LOL)

I do, and it's not right. The media portrays men as dumb and unable to do anything for themselves. I know if women were portrayed that way all the time, I'd be demanding it stop.

Yes. Now "feminists" (they should be called masculinists! ) instead of trying to gain equal rights for women, they're trying to gain the upper hand. Remember all those 'boys are stupid, throw rocks at them' shirts?

Yes. It's too bad that in gaining rights for women, men have to get stomped on.

A few do. Most don't. Nobody's really interested in fairness if they can have advantage instead.
