It was actually the Secretary of War, Edwin Stanton, who said "Now he belongs to the ages" when Lincoln died. There were a number of doctors present, Dr. Stone, Surgeon General Barnes, Dr. Abbott, Dr. Latch, Dr. Liebermann and maybe others. A Dr. Leale attended him at the theater immediately after the shooting and escorted him to the house where he later died.

Booth was attended by a Dr. Mudd (that's where we get "His name is mud")

Booth was killed at the Garrett farm, near Port Royal, Virginia.

I'm too lazy to look them up, but I think that Boothe was shot outside something like the Ford barn.
