yes very much so. Try using a good neck pillow when sleeping to relieve pressure. Also try herbal rubs and aspirin if you can take that. I hope this helps

Headache could be the reason of stress but not neck pain and muscle ache. Make sure to take adequate rest and it is better to take some medication for better sleep. Good Luck!!

Yes, the arthritis could end up causing a trapped nerve, this could cause headaches...

Arthritis (spelling) in these areas can cause HA. Stress/cluster types are one example.

I'd imagine that it could, my mum has Rheumatoid Arthritis and she often gets pains in her head from it.
