That's a tough question... It's like asking, what's better Star Wars, or Lord of the Rings...
I can easily list a few of my favorites: Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Ninja Scroll, Ghost in the Shell, Dragonball Z, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun... Actually, I think Ninja Scroll would have to be my favorite... I've seen it probably twice as many times as any other Anime (probably seen it 40 times or so)...

tough one, i cant even limit it to one....
ghost in the shell (movie and series), ninja scroll (clasic ****)...
trigun vash the stampede for he awesome gunfights and nicholas wolfwood's cross of guns yowza lol..... tho its a little silly for my anime taste....
inuyasha has the hellish demons and great plot son....
sailor moon for the old school gurlie **** lol...
cowboy bebop is probly my fave tho, for the outstanding plot and awesome fight and flight scenes, with the right amount of comic relief... and that sexy *** faye valentine droolz...the movies and the series are live which is y adult swim can't get rid of it lol...
lupin the third is pure silliness lol... too silly tho...
i love that one that was on adult swim for a short time... ummm i think its called roshin or sum **** like dat... about the former assassin samurai who uses the reverse edge sword to maim not kill...
hmmmm guess i'll stop here and get back to u lol...
