my right eye lid has been twiching on and off for all most a week now.

A twitching eyelid can indicate dehydration. I'm sure you know that drinking plenty of water will cure that. If it persists, seeing a doctor might be appropriate.

You may need to eat a banana. It has lots of potassium that will help. My eye twitches sometimes to let me know that a migraine attack is on its way.

It may be a sign that you are under a lot of stress. Get more sleep, eat healthy food and exercise.

i dont know but sometimes when i get nervous my eyes will twitch for like a week or so.
