Folic Acid is really important, my gynecologist told me to take folic acid 3 months before getting pregnant and 3 months after. That helps the baby's nervous system develop correctly. You can purchase it at any drug store. It is recommended that you take one tablet a day.

you should really start taking folic acid it helps protect against diseases like down syndrome and a few others. that is the only one I have heard my doc say I should have.they say you should start taking it three months before you conceive. you can get them anywhere wal-mart or any drug store.

There is a vitamin out that is spose to help you concieve ( i dont know if it works... i've just started taking it myself) most women say that they concieve within a month or 2 of taking it. Its called Fertilaid.. they also have it for men.
