All the above attire in India - across all of it.
Chudidars and Sarees in Pakistan too, and some of Bangla Desh and Sri Lanka.
Skirts, shorts, in most of the Americas, Europe, Australia, a lot of East and South East Asia.

Long skirts are mostly wore in east ... shorts in west ...Saaarees in India..Chudidaars in paki
