Please do not parrot what you have read or think supposedly works. Instead say-What is YOUR OWN experience.
I have believed in all the good-goody stuff but when I look back I find that only AGGRESSION really works (seen in others lives). I wish I had learnt the lesson way early on.

it ok to be opinionated, but also be willing to listen.
