I don't know. McAffee stinks. I use Norton, but heres how I dealt with a trojan virus. Disable System Restore. Restart your computer in safe mode. Then run Virus Scan. That should allow you to delete the file. If it doesn't work update your virus definitions. If that doesn't work, find another virus protection software and from now on use double layer firewalls( one software one hardware), install spybot and lavasoft.

in secure mode F8 run malwarebytes anti-malware and SUPERAntispyware, and what they locate you delete it manually. then run ccleaner to sparkling your workstation, and mvregclean, to sparkling registry. what mvregclean locate you remove because the base line is there yet no longer the record ,folder or software. even you reformat and it unearths some thing remove dont be afraid. dont forget once you position in this software to replace them, and do an replace daily then fix until eventually in the previous you get contaminated. m

The virus has probably infected one of your system files. The AV cannot delete such files. Now,you can probably delete it manually. If you know the name of the file. Now, don't take it for granted, but it might just work.Create a copy of the file and save it nearby. Then delete this.If you're lucky,it might work.
If this helped, gimme 10 points, plz. If not, contact me via yahoo! messenger.

get your computer on safe mode . . . I restarted my computer and then pressed F8 . . . once in safe mode, run a MCAFEE virus scan . . . it should locate the downloader trojan and get rid of it . . . then re-start your PC once again and it will be gone . . . try mcafee.com and their message boards for further info . . .
