believe it or not, some men don't stop growing height wise until they're about 25 years old. The rate of growth does slow gradually after puberty, but I grew 1.5 inches from the time I graduated high school until I was about 22.

We all stop growing at the age of 25. After that age, we slowly start losing our lean mass. And as we start losing lean mass, our metabolism becomes slow. As our metabolism become low, we put fat more easily. So after the age of 25, we all should doing a bit bodybuilding so that we can keep our lean mass and maybe increase it even more, hence reversing the process of aging!! :)
