Yes it would be alright on several conditions, age will have to be a factor, going about introducing him to you and hopefully your husband, and not to so superficial but goals and planning for them would rank high on the list also,is it love and not lust ,treating her like the Princess that she should be treated like, taking care of her ,physically,in somewhat mentally ,trustworthy, working toward their future ,and above everything else ." DOES HE NOW THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AS HIS PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOR.'

The answer is very complex and in reality is not a racial question at all. Would you allow her to date a man who is white would be equally as thought provoking. The answer first of all should question her intent too. Is it an act of rebellion? Is she racially motivated and by that I mean is she using race as a tool to defy you. If the answer is no the next question is Does she have feelings for the man and does he have feelings for her. Are they good for each other in that they care for each other and compliment each other and will they help each other grow and make a good life together should they ever decide to marry. But remember too that dating does not always end in marriage. nor does it end always with the woman having been negatively affected either. Sometimes it is just a period of getting to find whether they want to pursue a life together or nor and if not can both end it amicably. But in any case any event can happen whether the man is white, Asian or black. The real question then is should I let her date this man. Is he a good match for her. Will he treat her with respect.

Times have changed a lot and yes it's OK for your daughter to date a black man the color of their skin should not be the question. That's like saying to yourself are you a racist? Life is only what you make it if your daughter is happy be happy for her and pray that their relationship will be great an will do nothing but prosper.

My daughter is involved with a black man. The cultural differences are causing many problems with the family. I would discourage the relationship.

As long as he is a decent guy who will respect your daughter and make her happy, he should be looked upon the same as any Asian boy she would go out with.

First, I am black and Korean.

Second, be open minded.

Third, would you be offended if a black mother questioned your daughter's "worth", the same as you are questioning the black man.s?

Fourth, good luck. Racism and prejudice are a sign of ignorance; I hope that you are above and beyond that.

God Bless!

Coming from neither background, I obviously can't comment on your situation first hand, but I would say that if the guy is respectable, kind man who likes your daughter, then this should be more important than his background. If your daughter likes him, then I don't see anything wrong with it.

Of course it is, The main you need to be worried about is how teh man treats your daughter! would you rather her be with an asian man who treats her badly, or a black man who treats her well?

I can't believe people still have a problem with race.
We haven't really evolved from stoning witches have we?
Lifes too short to worry about things like that. As long as they are happy, whats the problem?
I'm a white guy by the way.

I think its right for your Asian daughter to date a man no matter what color he is, it is the person whats deep within, not the color. thank god for loving us not for color but we are his people.
