Apart from having sex and timing your cycle and all that stuff, do this:
(1) Have your orgasm second. If he's good with his hands, can do. That dips the cervix nicely into the pool of semen and gives the little swimmers a lift out of the vagina (where they struggle) and into the uterus (where they are much more comfortable)
(2) Relax. Clear stress out of your life. Be nice to yourself. DON'T keep checking up "am I amn't I?" if you can possibly manage not to. It's not easy but anxiety is a powerful contraceptive, especially anxiety about getting pregnant.
(3) Go have sex here: http://www.mysteriousbritain.co.uk/majorsites/cerne_abbass.html
Nighttime is best. Perhaps a full moon will help. The perfect spot for your tryst will not be difficult for you to identify.

Think about your situation in life right now, and if that is the best time to have a child. If you are young (14-25 area) and unmarried, I don't think it is the best thing to be doing.
The ultimate thing is to think about what would be best for that child, since that is the person you are ultimately hurting or benefiting by having the child. If it will not go well for the child (no father in their life, living on meager food supply due to lack of a good income etc) then you might want to seriously reconsider.

If you are married, talk to your husband & once you both come to an agreement, have lots and lots of sex and good luck!
If you are not married and are under 25, I would think very seriously about this as having a child is hard and even more so if you are by yourself (no matter how many times he will say he will be there, he may not).

Don't jump up and wash after you make love. Lay in bed for a while, better yet prop your legs up on the wall. Give the sperm a chance to get where they are going. Relax. Pray.

This is what I did. Right after your period start having sex every other day. See sperm dies after 3 days so if you have sex every other day you will still have sperm in you when you ovulate. It took me a month to get pregnant this way.

Have unprotected sex, usually mid cycle (about 2 weeks after your period has stopped), stay still after sex, I'm assuming you are female, don't get up and walk around, you've got to give those swimmers a bit of a chance!!!
Good Luck!

First you have to ask yourself if you're emotionally and financially ready. Pregnancy is a huge step in life and involves a lot of visits to the doctor.
