Well a few years ago my mother bought a vehicle from a well franchised dealer. (it was new car) After so many things going wrong she went to them and told them all the issues the vehicle was having. They obviously did not want to help. My mother decided to get a big sign and it read: This dealership sold me a LEMON don't let them sell you one. She stood at the busy street corner deferring traffic away. Not 20 minutes passed before the general manager took her into his office and worked a deal.

Please stand up for what you believe in!

Talk to a lawyer. Lemon laws are different depending on state.
